Good afternoon, you  might know me as a vegetarian and think that this is a bad idea but it's really not. Vegetarianism helps improve your health and Have you ever even tried becoming vegetarian? Have you ever seen what they do to the animals? Well if not let me tell you.

Vegetarianism is the belief or practice of eating only vegetables, fruits, grains, legumes, and nuts, with or without the inclusion of milk products and eggs, for ethical, ascetic, environmental, or nutritional reasons. All types of flesh (meat, poultry, and fish) are forbidden in all vegetarian diets, however many vegetarians consume milk and milk products; whereas most vegetarians in the West consume eggs, most vegetarians in India do not, as did those in the Mediterranean nations in Classical times. Vegans are vegetarians who forgo all animal products as well as animal-derived items such as leather, silk, honey, and wool.

Some people take the mostly vegetarian diet because they can't afford to eat food. Growing into vegetarianism has become more attractive and convenient, thanks to the year-round availability of fresh food, more vegetarian eating choices, and the rising culinary effect of cultures with largely plant-based diets. Among these Hellenes, Egyptians, and others, diet took medical or ritual cleansing purposes. For centuries, vegetarian cuisine were the staple diet of people in the old Middle Eastern nations, which presently include the Arabian Peninsula, Egypt, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, and Palestine. Currently, meat is mostly used by aristocracy to demonstrate wealth and authority in these countries. Middle Eastern restaurants catering to the high and middle classes are mimicking the habit of aristocracy by including a considerable number of meat-based meals on their daily menu. Although low-income employees often eat a vegetarian diet, meat dishes are always offered when a guest pays a visit, even if the host cannot afford to buy it.

Although becoming vegetarian has its flaws like changing your lifestyle and We've long ago changed the natural order of things and we cannot go back. If you were on the fence about eating meat, take hope in the fact that change takes place slowly and restoring the planet is not unthinkable. Complete health for the earth and all its inhabitants means humans must include foods from all natural categories like grass fed animals, wild game, and foods naturally processed by smoke, fermentation, or curing. Exclude industrially processed food of any kind. becoming vegetarian there are many alternatives such as burgers. There are vegetarian burgers which taste amazing and. does not contain any type of meat.

The gavel states that “Vegetarians also lack the nutritional benefits that omnivorous humans receive from meat.” people also believe that If you decide to become a vegetarian, you have to keep in mind that you can only receive vitamin B12 from meat and fish. There are no plants that contain vitamin B12. There is some in other areas, but not enough. Harvard health state that “Vegetarians consume less saturated fat and cholesterol while increasing their intake of vitamins C and E, dietary fibre, folic acid, potassium, magnesium, and phytochemicals plant compounds such as carotenoids and flavonoids.” and there are other options to avoid B12 deficiency. Freshnlean.com say that 14 + need and average of 2.4 mcg of B12 and that vitamin B12 is arguably the most important micronutrients that our body needs. Because the vegetarian diet allows for the ingestion of some animal products, obtaining vitamin B12 meals is usually a pretty straightforward process.

This explains why vegetarians are less likely than vegans to be B12 deficient. Having said that, it's still crucial to make sure you're covering all of your bases, such as drinking almond milk and consuming Fortified Cereals and Nutritional Yeast.

Would you like more evidence to my points? If you would here are some points that the vegan times have stated that support my arguments. They have said that a Diet is thought to be responsible for 70% of all illnesses, including one-third of all malignancies. Obesity, coronary artery disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and some forms of cancer, such as colon, breast, prostate, stomach, lung, and esophageal cancer, are all reduced by a vegetarian diet. This help back up my point of view.
