Physical health is very important because it can refer to a person's degree of physical activity, food, nutrition, sleep cycle, and alcohol or drug intake. Examine the modern concept and examples of physical health, as well as its components and the examinations that are used to establish it.

On a daily basis, most healthy children and adults should be active. This should be a mix of both relaxed and scheduled physical activity.
